Very poor management. Directors basically in charge of everything and micro manage the staff to every single details. Turnover rate of staff is shockingly high, most of the new staff members are fresh graduate or on work visa, without sound working experience in the industry when joining the company, this put a lot of pressure to the supervisors in training new staff in every 3 to 6 months time.

Severely work-life imbalance with very long working hours. Would not recommend to anyone else to go unless extremely desperate for jobs or work visa. Good place to learn things if you are fresh graduate but you would not want to stay there for long.

Avoid at all cost. The owner is extremely stingy and prioritize ONLY the weight of his pocket. This company is the place for the desperate. They only follow procedure when MPI comes to audit and shut down the production lines (packaging) the are least compliant. Wooden pallets are covered and moved into the "clean rooms", so QC team wouldn't see it. Not that they care anyway. 27 Mar 17 star

Avoid. Company has bad reputation for pushing staff to the limits, set unreasonable targets and workloads. Very high staff turnover means no stability, constant rearranging of tasks among staff, high stress levels and low staff morale. Severe lack of skilled management. Company also plays favorites to a select few and ignores the rest. 16 Oct 15 starstar half
